Marc Bernaldez, laboratory director, has been a Clinical Microbiologist since 2011.  He has held several positions for the past 10 years, specializing in Microbiology and Molecular Microbiology.  He received a Master in Business Administration in 2015 and is licensed to practice Clinical Laboratory Science as a Generalist by the California Department of Public Health.  He is also certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathology as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.  He currently serves as the Secretary of the Southern California Branch of the American Society of Microbiology(SCASM)  and as a district consultant for the California Association of Medical Laboratory Technology (CAMLT).
